One Year Full-Time – A Heartfelt Thank You

It’s hard to believe it’s already been a full year since we made the leap—turning our small, family-run business into a full-time endeavor. Looking back, it feels like a whirlwind of emotions: excitement, nerves, hope, and a whole lot of hard work. We were confident in our skills, but like anyone stepping into the unknown, we were also terrified. Taking that leap into entrepreneurship was one of the biggest decisions we've ever made—and we’re so grateful we did.

What’s kept us going through it all is simple: you—our amazing customers.

Your trust, your referrals, your kind words, and your continued support have made all the difference. We still remember those very first clients after we made the switch to full-time. You didn’t just hire us—you believed in us. You told your friends, your family, and your neighbors. That simple act of word-of-mouth has blossomed into a growing network of loyal customers who feel more like friends and family than just clients.

Every project we take on is more than just a job to us. It’s a chance to connect, to serve, and to build lasting relationships within our community. We treat every interaction with care and every job with the pride of someone working for their neighbor—because that’s exactly what we are.

That means the world to us because that’s exactly who we strive to be. When I (Molly) talk to a new customer, I try not just to explain what we do—but to share who we are. Some of the most meaningful conversations have come from simple phone calls that turned into heartfelt exchanges about life, challenges, and how we can truly help.

This past year has taught us so much, not just about running a business, but about the strength of community, the value of relationships, and the power of genuine connection. We’re incredibly proud of what we've built so far, and we’re even more excited about what lies ahead.
